China's Foreign Trade Import and Export Data for the First 9 Months of 2013

my country's foreign trade data in the first nine months of 2013: the total value of imports and exports was 19.07 trillion yuan (3.06 trillion U.S. dollars), an increase of 7.7% year-on-year, of which exports were 10.06 trillion yuan (1.61 trillion U.S. dollars), an increase of 8%; September foreign trade Exports were 1.15 trillion yuan (185.64 billion U.S. dollars), down 2.6% month-on-month and 0.3% year-on-year.

According to customs statistics, in the first three quarters of this year, my country's total import and export value was 19.07 trillion yuan (equivalent to 3.06 trillion US dollars), an increase of 7.7% year-on-year (the same below) after deducting the exchange rate factor. Among them, exports were 10.06 trillion yuan (equivalent to 1.61 trillion U.S. dollars), an increase of 8%; imports were 9.01 trillion yuan (equivalent to 1.45 trillion U.S. dollars), an increase of 7.3%; trade surplus was 1.05 trillion yuan (equivalent to 169.4 billion U.S. dollars) , expanding by 14.4%.

In September, my country's total import and export value was 2.2 trillion yuan (equivalent to 356.08 billion U.S. dollars), an increase of 3.3% year-on-year (the same below) after deducting exchange rate factors. Among them, exports were 1.15 trillion yuan (equivalent to 185.64 billion U.S. dollars), a decrease of 0.3%; imports were 1.05 trillion yuan (equivalent to 170.44 billion U.S. dollars), an increase of 7.4%; the trade surplus was 93.48 billion yuan (equivalent to 15.2 billion U.S. dollars), narrowing 44.7%.

　　2013年前三季度，我国外贸进出口的主要情况是：

　　一、我国进出口总体呈现低位企稳态势。

　　一季度，我国进出口值为9754.1亿美元，同比增速为13.5%；二季度进出口10220.2亿美元，同比增速为4.3%。进入三季度，我国进出口10629.4亿美元，同比增速回升至6%，总体呈现低位企稳的态势；其中，7月份、8月份我国外贸增速分别增长7.8%、7.1%，受去年同期基数较大等因素影响，9月份增幅回落至3.3%。

　　二、一般贸易平稳增长，加工贸易增速放缓。

　　前三季度，我国一般贸易进出口16162亿美元，增长7.8%，占同期我国进出口总值的52.8%。一般贸易项下逆差272.3亿美元，收窄31.7%。同期，我国加工贸易进出口9894.3亿美元，增长0.7%，所占比重为32.3%。加工贸易项下顺差2605.8亿美元，收窄6.6%。

　　三、对欧盟、日本贸易出现好转迹象，对美国、东盟贸易持续增长。

　　前三季度，中欧双边贸易总值4085.7亿美元，下降0.8%，其中第三季度同比增长3.5%；中日双边贸易总值为2290.8亿美元，下降7.9%，其中第三季度同比下降5.3%，较上半年明显收窄。同期，中美双边贸易总值为3791亿美元，增长6.7%；与东盟双边贸易总值为3223.6亿美元，增长11.6%；内地与香港双边贸易总值为2973.9亿美元，增长25.6%。

　　四、东部地区进出口平稳增长，中西部地区出口活跃。

　　前三季度，东部地区(包括北京、天津、河北、上海、江苏、浙江、福建、山东、广东和海南等10个省、市)进出口总值25820.9亿美元，增长7.1%，占进出口总值的84.4%。

　　从出口方面来看，前三季度，中西部地区的河南、江西、湖北和新疆等省份的出口增速分别为19.3%、18.3%、17.9%和14.7%，明显高于同期我国出口总体增速。

　　五、外商投资企业进出口比重回落，民营企业进出口快速增长。

　　前三季度，外商投资企业进出口14031.5亿美元，占我外贸总值的45.8%，所占比重较去年同期回落3.4个百分点。

　　六、机电产品出口稳步增长，传统劳动密集型产品出口增势良好。

　　前三季度，我国机电产品出口9229.9亿美元，增长8%，占同期我国出口总值的57.2%。同期，出口纺织品、服装、箱包、鞋类、玩具、家具、塑料制品等7大类劳动密集型产品3380.5亿美元，增长10.4%，高出同期我国出口总体增速2.4个百分点。

　　七、主要能源和资源性产品进口量增价跌。

　　前三季度，我国进口商品价格总体下跌1.8%，主要能源和资源性产品进口量增价跌。其中进口铁矿石6亿吨，增长9%，进口均价每吨129.1美元，下跌4.2%；煤2.4亿吨，增长17.6%，进口均价每吨90.3美元，下跌14.2%；原油2.1亿吨，增长5.4%，进口均价每吨775.4美元，下跌5.1%；铜325.8万吨，下降10%，进口均价每吨7873美元，下跌5.1%。同期，进口大豆4575万吨，增长3.3%，进口均价每吨605.2美元，上涨4.8%。
